Abstarct: Abstract With the advancement of mineral processing technologies and the economy of the low but very large and high tonnage deposits of the world's large open-pit mines, they are looking for a way to reduce the cost of extracting these large resources. The cost of transporting minerals accounts for more than 50% of the mining costs, and a slight reduction in shipping costs can result in a very significant amount of mining costs. Therefore, Gol Gohar Mines complex is also looking for a solution to reduce the cost of cargo in these mines. In this research, considering the characteristics of the Mine No. 4 Gol Gohar semi-mobile crushing and conveyor belt (SMIPCC) has been designed by Belt Analyst software in this mine. And this system has been compared technically and economically to the current mining transport system, which is the Shovel Truck. The number of trucks needed in the IPCC system is 25% of the truck needed in the truck shovel system, and according to the calculations, the operational cost of transportation in the IPCC method is 50% of the operational cost of transportation in the truck shovel method . But for the remainder of the mine، which is 61 million tons. Installation and commissioning of the system is not economical and the implementation of this system in this mine is not recommended.
